Meet the People Behind ThisAbility

Our Board of Directors, staff, and community leaders work together to support
ThisAbility’s mission, strengthen our programs, and create meaningful
opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families.

ThisAbility’s 13-member board reflects the diversity of the community we serve. Our board includes Black, White, Hispanic/Latina, and biracial members, with ages ranging from 20 to 76. It also includes individuals with disabilities, older adults, and a retired military veteran, bringing a broad range of lived experiences, perspectives, and community knowledge to our leadership.
