2026 CHRISTMAS ASSISTANCE

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
We will not accept any applications before September 1st.
  You must meet ALL of the criteria in order to be   considered for assistance.

   (This includes full address and zipcode, all information must be current this includes phone number and email address)

APPLICATION PROCESS MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL

1. If you have more than 5 children in your immediate family you need to do
    a second application with the additional children and next to your name

    put (2nd application) so we don't think its a duplicate application.
2. Person applying MUST be the Parent or Legal Guardian
3. MUST have at least one child in the immediate family that has a 
     Special Needs or Disability Diagnosis
4. Age: Children up to age 18 with a disability are eligible.
     All Siblings aged 18 and under will also qualify.
5. MUST demonstrate a Financial Need.
6. MUST have participated in at least one activity, event: That means you registered for the event and we have confirmed your arrival to said event.
    THISABILITY SPONSORED EVENTS:
Caregiver Paint & Lunch, Center  Activities, Christmas Party, 

Easter Party, Sweetheart Dance          
    (Christmas Assistance is NOT considered an EVENT)

RESIDENCE:
 MUST live in Virginia, no more than 45 minutes from Chester and
If approved  this means we have a sponsor for your family YOU MUST be able 
    to pick up gifts on the designated day. 

You will hear from us if we have a sponsor for you after November 15th.
