I, the undersigned participant, or parent/ guardian of the hereby grant permission to Thisability and Tara Michele Photography, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Photographer") to use photographs taken of me/my child during the photo session conducted by Tara Sample for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to, promotion, advertising, and marketing of Thisability and Tara Michele Photography, LLC services, products, or events. I understand and agree that: The Photographer retains all rights to the photographs, including but not limited to, copyright ownership, and may use, reproduce, distribute, or display the photographs in any media or format. Thisability and Tara Michele Photography may use the photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, their website, social media platforms, print materials, and digital marketing campaigns. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of the photographs or any accompanying text, and I release Thisability and Tara Michele Photography from any claims or liability arising from such use. I acknowledge that the photographs may be seen by the general public and that my likeness may be associated with Thisability and Tara Michele Photography's brand or services. This release is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I hereby warrant that I am of legal age and have the full legal capacity to grant the rights and permissions set forth in this release.
